Btw, my friend called Ary (@frederykus )
Hope you enjoy it!
Here is my little interviews with my friend!

Q: When was your trip to Pulau Sawi?

We went there on 21st of July with some friends.

Q: How was the trip?

It takes time, but you’ll get paid by its beautiful views!

Q: Could you describe it?

As you know, Pulau Sawi located in Sungai Tengar village, Kendawangan sub-district, Ketapang district, Kalimantan Barat/ West Borneo province.
A day before going there, we contacted this tour provider about going there, and they charged us 100.000 IDR ($10) /person (8 persons going) for 1 day.
We decided to stay for 1 day, because we have something up, but you could have a 2-3 days trip or 5 days trip of course with a different charge.

Q: What about the facilities?

Well, we’re starting our day from Ketapang city at 6AM of course, and heading to Sungai Tengar about 2 hours drive by car. From there, you could park your car at villager’s houses (like renting their yard)
and then walking to a port. From there, they take you straight to Pulau Sawi by wooden-boat (Kapal Kelotok – local boat). If the weather going bad, it takes an hour to cross the ocean, but if it going well, it just takes 30 minutes.
Ah, for the facilities, it’s already complete! Start from car they took us to Sungai Tengar, wooden-boat, snorkeling’s stuff, and life jacket (in case you can’t swim), and the important thing, LUNCH!

Q: How was the weather, when you guys went there?

Fortunately we’ve got a good weather! Blue sky, clear water, white shore, and you could see fishes anywhere! And Pulau Sawi’s port is terrifect! You should probably go there!

Q: What kind of activities you did from the tour?

Well, I told you before from the beginning, but the best part was snorkeling! It has a huge surprising livings under the water! Beautiful coral reef, fishes, and you could see a turtle or starfish if you have a chance!
It was very fantastic! And after that, they giving you a lunch break!

Q: Last question, did you enjoy it?

This is a little silly question, but yes! Ah, one little thing that would amaze you, we could pick any coconut from its tree and drink it directly without buy it. And of course for that, you need to climb the tree!

That is how my little interviews with my friend talking about Pulau Sawi!
Honestly, I never been there before and I really craving to go there!
For a note, that’s 100.000 IDR/ person price was a promo like summer break promo and could be more but not that expensive.

So, are you interested to go there?
You could grab your ticket right now and flight to Ketapang, Kalimantan Barat/ West Borneo!
Not only the beaches, it also has Gunung Palung National Park, a home for Orangutan and Enggang Gading bird!

Btw, if you have any fun trips or some amazing experience you want to share to me,
you could hit me! (twitter, instagram, email) and I would love to hear it!
