I’m back with another post!
And yeah, I write in english and I apologized.
I apologized for this late post and I just forgot to schedule it.
So for today, it might be a movie review again!
And here’s some movies I watched and I want to review.
First movie goes to The Fundamentals of Caring.
It tells about A man suffering an incredible amount of loss enrolls in a class about care-giving that changes his perspective on life.
He was a writer and have a happy life before, and all of sudden it turned his life to the deepest sadness.
and yeah, I won’t tell much about it.
My point is, this movie really give people hopes (again), and it just nice to watch it.
It really give you a life lesson.
This movie is based on the 2012 novel of same name by Jonathan Evison and stars Paul Rudd, Craig Roberts and Selena Gomez. The film had its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival on January 29, 2016 and was released by Netflix on June 24, 2016.
I did write about my movie genre though.
I love novel adaption movie and it just nice. I don’t need to imagine anything anymore from the novel.
The second one is Me Before You.
So much anticipation for this movie since Emilia Clarke in this.
I mean, this is my very first time watch her as another character beside Mother of Dragon.
And Sam Claffin also in this movie too and the best part is Matthew Lewis (Neville Longbottom) also in there!
It’s been a very big transformation to watch him as another character and new figure.
To be honest, his body transformation.
So, this movie was about Louisa Clark (Emilia Clarke) must find a new job after being laid off from a café. She finds work as a caregiver for Will Traynor (Sam Claffin), a cynical former banker who was completely paralyzed by a motorcycle accident two years prior. At first, he reacts coldly to her spunkiness, but they soon become friends and develop feelings for each other, even though Louisa has an unthoughtful, marathon-running boyfriend named Patrick (Matthew Lewis).
Louisa learns that Will has given his parents six months before they must bring him to Switzerland for euthanasia. Will cannot deal with the pain and suffering of his disability. Louisa secretly makes it her mission to change his mind and takes him on all the adventures that she can to prove that life is worth living. However, at their final trip to Mauritius with Will’s nurse Nathan, Will confesses he intends to follow through with the euthanasia and asks for her to accompany him.
She is heartbroken and does not speak to him the rest of the trip. After they arrive home, she goes to Switzerland to see Will in his final moments. After his death, he bequeaths her enough money to continue her education and instructs her to “live well”.
And yeah, it was adapted by Jojo Moyes from her 2012 novel of the same name. Another movie based on famous novel.
So, I’m gonna put the trailer and you could go watch it in Netflix or to the movies!
Both movie have a same dilemma of life, which is how a man (disable) trying to live in his life and enjoy everything.
And another character try to fulfill their bucketlists.
But, the ending is going different!
And I’m gonna see ya with another post!
